Applications for places at our Nursery are managed by the School and applications for places in Reception are managed by Tameside Council on our behalf.

Applying for a Nursery place:

Please post or email completed forms to the school office at admin@yewtree.tameside.sch.uk.
We offer the follwing:
- Government funded 30 free hours
- Government funded 15 free hours - choice of AM or PM nursery places.
- Government funded 15 free hours - with an option to pay for an additional 15 hours per week at £10.00 per session/day.
We do have an additional January intake for Nursery, pupils are eligible to start at Nursery the term after they turn 3 years old, if there are places available. Please note that unfortunately attendance at the Nursery does not guarantee a place in Reception at the School.
Applying for a Reception place:
For Reception admissions we follow the co-ordinated admissions process managed by Tameside Council. You can apply for a place from 1st November (every year), please go to the following link to apply https://admission.tameside.gov.uk/CitizenPortal_LIVE/Account/Login or go to https://www.tameside.gov.uk/admissions
The School is then notified in April of pupils allocated a place for the following September.
